When Carl Christian arrived in the U.S. from Haiti in 2000, he had just $65 in his pocket and no working papers. Through sheer courage, resilience, passion, and determination, he became one of South Florida’s top real estate professionals just five years later, selling more than $10 million in collective properties per year. Since 2004, Carl has worked as a mortgage broker associate, real estate sales associate, and real estate instructor and has developed a deep familiarity with every sector of the industry.
 
As the founder of his own successful real estate company, The Nice Agent Co., Carl strives to provide the best concierge real estate service in South Florida by serving his clients the only way he knows how through punctuality, loyalty, integrity, love, fun, kindness, hard work, and positivity.
 
Carl is led by his mantra, “I will work until you smile,” and he goes above and beyond to ensure buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. In addition to his vast real estate expertise and market savvy, his commitment to outstanding customer care and personalized, friendly service has resulted in long-lasting, fruitful client relationships.
 
When he’s not guiding his real estate clients or his team at The Nice Agent Co., Carl enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing golf. He regularly volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and his nonprofit, The Nice Foundation, where he teaches business and shares his extensive knowledge of real estate. On his own time, Carl also tends to his real estate ventures, flipping and renting homes in the South Florida area.
